Stone, A Converge Company, awarded Gold CSR accreditation

Our Gold CSR re-accreditation shows we’re a best-in-class organisation in environmental, social and workplace sustainability.

Stone, A Converge Company has been awarded a Gold re-accreditation from CSR Accreditation, the leading provider of global social responsibility standards.

Gold is CSR-A’s highest accreditation, and it’s based upon four key pillars of corporate social responsibility – environment, workplace, community and philanthropy.

Its unique approach enables us to grow from our previous Silver status, provides focused benchmarks, measure and reports on our activities in areas like energy, recycling, staff wellbeing, community engagement and charity work.

We’re proud that our CSR-A Gold accreditation complements our Making a Digital Difference Sustainability Framework, EcoVadis Silver award, UN Global Compact membership and Valpak Zero to Landfill certification as proof that sustainability underpins everything we do – and that we’re leading the way.

And we’re delighted that our CSR-A Gold accreditation means that we bring the gold standard of sustainability to our colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners.

As part of our application, we’ve undergone audits of policies and structures, exceeded required compliance levels and improved performance throughout our business.

Sheryl Moore, Director, Global Sustainability, said that “achieving Gold CSR accreditation is a moment of immense pride for Stone, A Converge Company, marking a pivotal step in our sustainability mission. This accolade reflects our actions and our integrity, as we transform heartfelt promises into meaningful, measurable impact.

“By empowering our team and partners, we aim to create a lasting, positive impact. Our journey is always evolving, and we’re dedicated to upholding this accreditation and expanding its positive influence with customers, partners and suppliers."

Richard Collins, CSR-A co-founder and Managing Director, said “it’s really encouraging to see Stone progress from a Silver accreditation to a high Gold accreditation.

“At Stone, CSR is central. Starting from a compliance-focused approach, they’ve evolved by introducing a social value calculator and the Making a Digital Difference Framework, enabling clear measurement and growth across four CSR pillars.

“Their efforts are backed by long-term ISO accreditations, UK legislation compliance, and partnerships such as the NHS Evergreen and Open University Net Zero initiatives.

“The workplace pillar is a priority, ensuring a supportive environment that fosters work-life balance and positions Stone as an employer of choice. Community and philanthropy remain core, with CSR as the foundation driving them forward.”

We’re proud that environmental and social responsibility drives everything at Stone, A Converge Company, and that it’s now certified with a CSR Gold accreditation.

We’d like to thank CSR Accreditation for their support and our staff, partners and suppliers for their hard work – and we’re looking forward to leveraging best practice to help our customers develop their sustainability journeys, too.
