The case is extremely compact as a result of the "sandwich" construction with the printer sitting beneath the notebook platform. This means that your notebook and printer remain connected up in your case for when you want to work. The paper feed runs beneath the notebook platform to save space and keep paper crease-free and when the notebook platform is folded down paper can be removed from the side.¦Notebooks are held in place with 3M dual lock fasteners and synthetic corner supports. The individually adjustable corner supports ensure that the extra large, detachable Notebook platform can accommodate notebooks ranging from 10" to 17". The HP DJ 470 printer fits snugly into the base of the case. The power supply unit from the Notebook and printer are connected via the 220V IEC power socket on the exterior of the case. A compartment in the lid of the case allows documents to be transported safely.
