Can I cancel my order?

For consumers:
Your order can be cancelled as long as it is not dispatched. To do this you will need to contact our Web Support Team.
If you decide to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return the item for a full refund. Full details on our returns and refund policy can be found here.
