Overview
The HPE Aruba Networking 650 Series Campus Access Points are our flagship Wi-Fi 6E APs that take advantage of the 6 GHz band for greater capacity, wider channels and interference-free spectrum. Designed to meet the demands of bandwidth-hungry video, a growing numbers of client and IoT devices, and the growth of cloud services, these high-performance Wi-Fi 6E APs provide comprehensive tri-band coverage across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz to deliver up to 7.8 Gbps combined aggregate data rate. The 650 series APs includes ultra tri-band filtering to help minimize channel interference and dual configurable 5 Gbps Ethernet ports to mitigate coverage gaps, provide greater resiliency, and deliver fast, secure connectivity. Up to seven 160MHz channels in 6 GHz support low-latency, bandwidth-hungry applications such as high-definition video and AR/VR applications. The 650 series APs include a limited lifetime warranty.
  • More capacity and wider channels with Wi-Fi 6E
  • Less interference and fewer coverage gaps
  • Ensures business continuity and high availability
More capacity and wider channels with Wi-Fi 6E The Aruba 650 Series access points offer a maximum aggregate data rate of 7.8 Gbps for higher throughput and speeds. With up to seven 160 MHz channels, the APs boost performance for low-latency, high-bandwidth applications. Designed for low power indoor (LPI) environments. Less interference and fewer coverage gaps The Aruba 650 Series access points provide comprehensive tri-band coverage with three radios. Aruba's unique ultra tri-band filtering eliminates interference between 5 GHz and 6 GHz radios and prevents gaps in channel coverage. Since only Wi-Fi 6E-enabled devices can operate in the 6 GHz band, it is less congested and free of interference from legacy devices. Ensures business continuity and high availability The Aruba 650 Series access points provide high availability with two HPE Smart Rate Ethernet ports for 1, 2.5 or 5 Gbps to deliver true hitless failover for data and power. Cloud and controller operating modes or controllerless operation address all campus, branch and remote use cases.
