Buy a qualifying 2023 Samsung PC Stone between 15th April 2024 - 31st December 2024 to be eligible to receive up to £250 cashback.

After you have made your qualifying purchase, you will need to wait 30 days to submit you claim. Then, submit your claim between 30-60 days of your purchase date (as shown on your receipt or invoice). Claims are limited to 100 per business.

Samsung will provide you with a pre-paid postage label for you to send them your trade-in within 30 days.

If you are sending 10 or more devices, then they will send all of the information you need to arrange collection of your devices.

After your device has been inspected and successfully met their trade-in criteria, your claim will be approved and you'll receive your cashback to the details provided on you claim form within 30 days of claim approval.

Samsung will let you know once it has been sent.
