High-Performance Triple Video via MST The USB-C Multiport Adapter enhances video connectivity with support for up to three external monitors with resolutions up to 2x 4K (3840 x 2160p) at 60Hz and 1x 4K (3840 x 2160p) at 30Hz (Intel 11th Gen or later with DSC required for maximum performance). The Multiport Adapter features two HDMI 2.0b ports and two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, providing the ability to choose a combination of video outputs types. The Multiport Adapter utilizes the integrated or discrete GPU capabilities of the connected laptop to enable high performance graphics with minimal CPU usage. Video performance, such as resolution and refresh rate across all three monitors, is dependent upon the host computer's graphics processing unit (GPU). A source device with support for DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC and MST is required to achieve maximum performance. Please review the specifications the host computer and the monitors to determine expected video performance. Connect USB Peripherals The USB-C to USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) hub features three USB-A ports for connecting USB HID devices and/or peripherals (e.g., storage devices). Extra Long Cable & Durable Build The mini docking station features a built-in 2 ft. (60 cm) USB-C host cable with a high-quality TPE jacket and strain relief, for enhanced durability and longevity. The Multiport Adapter housing features a built-in EMI shield to protect the main board and integrated chips from electromagnetic interference, preventing signal interference between electronic devices and ensuring reliable performance. 100W Power Delivery Connect a USB-C power adapter to the pass-though port in order to charge the host laptop. PD 3.0 features Fast Role Swap (FRS) which prevents USB data disruption when switching power sources (e.g., USB-C power adapter to bus power). Reliable Network Connectivity The Gigabit Ethernet port ensures reliable wired network access. Support for Wake on Lan (WoL) allows you to boot the host computer from a remote location.
