24-Port Patch Panel Manages and Organizes High-Density Cat6a Network Cabling
This patch panel meets or exceeds Cat6a specifications to enable quick, easy cable patching. Just plug Cat6a cables into its 24 front and rear RJ45 feed-through ports. No punch-down termination is required. Both the front and rear connectors are clearly numbered, and the front ports have blank labels to help you identify individual cable runs. The N254-024-6A supports EIA/TIA 568A and 568B wiring standards and is compatible with all network applications. It is fully rated for fast Ethernet data transfer speeds up to 10 Gbps.
Designed for Use in Type 4 Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE++) Applications
The N254-024-6A maximizes performance with Type 4 PoE++ (4PPoE) applications in which you can power connected devices without the need for a secondary power supply. Because this Cat6a patch panel supports up to 100W PoE, it can help supply the power to operate compatible data, voice, security and audio/video PoE devices, such as security cameras, VoIP telephones and access control devices. A PoE installation saves you the expense and effort of purchasing, connecting and installing individual power supplies for each device. It also helps you install PoE devices in areas far away from AC outlets, such as poles or ceilings.
Mounts in 1U of Space in Your 19 in. Enclosure or Open Frame Rack
The low-profile patch panel supports mounting in 1U of space in EIA-standard 19-inch racks. A removable cable management bracket helps organize your connections, cut down on cord clutter and maintain stable performance.
TAA-Compliant for GSA Schedule Purchases
The N254-024-6A is compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA), which makes it eligible for GSA (General Services Administration) Schedule and other federal procurement contracts.
