Overview
The Vertiv Geist Monitored Rack PDU VP8881 is a 16A, 230V, 0U vertical rack power distribution unit (PDU) with input power monitoring. The VP8881 has (36) IEC C13 and (6) IEC C19 outlets, and a 3P+N+E (IP44) plug providing 11.0kW in power capacity. This Monitored Data Center rPDU provides you quick access to critical power usage information so you can evaluate energy usage trends and maximize uptime. The hot-swappable Interchangeable Monitoring Device displays current on the local LED display. Visible Light Communication technology allows you to view complete power usage data locally from a mobile device with the Vertiv rPDU Scanner app. Each rack mount PDU undergoes individual testing for functionality to ensure your network is powered by a reliable smart power strip.
