Sales & Marketing

Our skilled sales & marketing teams work tirelessly to be a point of contact for clients, making sure they acquire the best technologies, achieve the best value for money and receive the best possible service. Sales & Marketing establish the demand for the business, ensuring we have a strong brand, and we are competitive in the marketplace.

Operations

The Operations function covers a vast area of our business and is the largest function that we have at Stone. With teams from Production building IT equipment for our customers, Warehouse & Logistics managing deliveries and accepting and storing goods. The IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) team process and recycle older IT equipment and refurbish to move to the second-hand market.

Technical Services

As a computer manufacturing company technical services play a huge part in who we are. We provide the complete solution from installations and field engineers, to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support from a knowledgeable and approachable team of technicians. Coupled with our various in-house roles we push the envelope of IT support and innovation.

Support Services

Just as much detail goes into our processes and support function as goes into our computers. Our dedicated support staff aid in keeping everything running smoothly between all our functions and teams, demonstrating our commitment to getting things done right the first time, every time.

Procurement

Working out the best prices with our suppliers. Building relationships to give us the most favorable terms. Procurement at Stone is more than just monitoring budgets and balancing the books our purchasing team makes sure we have the products needed to provide the customer with what they need at the right price.
